The 28th Annual OBIE awards were held Saturday, November 8th at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Marietta, GA recognizing the best of the best in the residential construction industry in Atlanta. Sponsored by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, SunTrust Bank and a host of others and in conjunction with the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, awards were presented in several categories of residential construction. The OBIE award is the highest recognition a Builder can receive for new home construction in Atlanta. BWC partners Bobby Webb and Joseph Babb took the winning GOLD award for their construction of Lot 9 in TIller Walk in the category of all homes $2.5 to $4.99 million and also took the runner-up SILVER award for their construction of Lot 17, also in TIller Walk, in the category for all homes $5 million and above. Both designs are from Architect, Zoran Pericic with Lot 9 being an authentic French Country Manor home and Lot 17 being a replica of a French Chateau, which is a step below a Castle. BWC also partnered with Shane Meder of Black Sheep Interiors to assist with all of the Interior design and decor in both homes.
